Know the Score
Know the Score is a website and online ad campaign to support the Scottish Government's drug awareness programme.
Mark Haddon were commissioned by Golley Slater to design and develop a series of interative ads and a website. The design has since been superseded but the site still exists here.
The previous Know the Score website was considered not fit for purpose. MHL was asked to restructure the information architecture and revitalise the website in line with a shift away from a broad ‘everybody’ audience to a more focused 18 - 30 age group. The main issue to be addressed by the design in this sensitive issue was to bridge the preconception gap about ‘un-listening’ or ‘authoritarian’ government. The site was also designed so that it could be adaptable to future drugs-awareness campaigns.
Multimedia ads and overlays were designed for and variously located on MSN, Facebook Youtube and Spotify.
